East Ridge Park Survey Results:

Thank you for participating in the East Ridge Park survey. Your input will help us with the renovation and playground update. Below are the results of the survey.

East Ridge Park is a neighborhood park in the Parks and Open Space Plan and 70.7% of those who took the survey live less than 1 mile from the park.

73.2% of participants visit the park and 68.3% of participants said that they walk or roll to the park when

they go.

When asked what activities are currently used 86.5% said they used the playground. We also asked what activities would encourage participates to go to the park more, the response was new play equipment.

We wanted to know what new play equipment was most wanted and the top answer was climbers, with a second-place tie of swings, balance elements, and social/imaginative play.

The responding theme that was liked was Peaks!

You can see here that 47.5% of people using the park are 5-12 and 17.5% are under 5 years.
