Built in in 1994, Kiwanis Tot Lot #4 located at the intersection 5th Ave S & W Crow St, is being renovated. Amenities in the park include, play equipment, picnic tables and drinking fountain.

The newly renovated park will include 2 new playgrounds, one for 2–5-year-olds and one for 5–12-year-olds, both with age-appropriate swings. See pictures of the new playgrounds below!

    Kiwanis Tot Lot #4 Survey

    The Parks, Recreation and Community Services Department is planning to renovate and update the playground and site amenities at Kiwanis Tot Lot #4 and we want your input on your park. 

    By taking this 5-minute survey you will help us prioritize renovations to replace aging and outdated equipment and add some additional children’s play opportunities for residents of the neighborhood.
