2025-2029 CDBG Consolidated Plan Development Survey

The City of Kent, as required by the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), submits a Consolidated Plan every five years outlining how it will invest its CDBG funds. This plan assesses the City’s affordable housing and community development needs while setting objectives and strategies for investment, all with the overarching goal of building a thriving community. The objective of the CDBG entitlement program is to develop urban communities by providing decent housing, a suitable living environment, and economic opportunities, principally for low/moderate-income persons. The planning process for the CDBG 2025-2029 plan is now underway and we need your voice!
